如何保持AI角色一致性

角色不仅仅是面孔。面孔会视觉漂移；角色也会在编辑上漂移——服装变异、年龄滑动、语气游移、背景故事自相矛盾。视觉修复已在别处涵盖；本指南关注的是如何让整个角色随时间保持连贯。

编写角色圣经——一页，不要更多

• The frozen identity descriptor block (face only).
• Wardrobe capsules with exact named items per capsule.
• A palette — three colors the persona gravitates toward.
• Prohibited traits — never glasses unless story-required, no visible tattoos if canon says none.
• Voice sample — three lines showing how they caption and speak.
• Canon facts — age range, city, job, relationship status.
• Asset paths — where the character sheet and location plates live.

像代码一样进行版本控制

每次有意更改时提升版本号并记录一行："v2 — 更短的波波头，新田野胶囊。" 如果有人从旧简报重新生成，他们会复活已废弃的版本。当前版本号出现在每个请求中，因此过时的输出可追溯到其来源。

运行漂移审计

1. 01每周，将最后一批输出拉入一个网格，放在角色表旁边。
2. 02标记差异：眼睛、下颌线、发际线、衣橱、年龄线索。
3. 03对每个标记进行分类——身份漂移 vs 风格漂移 vs 可接受的变异。
4. 04使用修复或参考编辑从角色表修复身份标记；记录风格标记以供下次圣经修订。

多操作员一致性

团队比模型更容易破坏角色一致性。共享角色设定文档和表格；禁止在提示中改写描述性文本块——必须逐字引用；要求每个生成请求都附带参考图像。审核人员对照表格检查，而不是凭记忆。
